Seems his real name is Shimizu Michiya (not sure). We don't even know his birth year: some say it's 1978, some other 1979 or 1980 (not sure!).
He said his greatest achievement in his life is to be still alive: when he was 2, he was hit by a truck and he almost died for the serious injuries.
In an interview he said he started playing bass when he was in high school. He was invited to join a band by a friend and so he began to play bass. But in another interview, ZERO said he started playing bass when he was 12.
He really likes drawing (the drawings on the "Sexual Beast" cd are his), playing with the Playstation (his favourite game is Final Fantasy X) and taking pictures.
He doesn't like fish, and he doesn't eat shellfish in particular.
He's self-taught.
He wrote the concept for the song 'Tainted World' developed later by the rest of the group.
He would like to have a cat, but he says it's something too hard for him. He was asked if even having a girlfriend would be so hard for him, and he answered that he thinks so and he doesn't want anybody to be in his home beacause he likes being home alone and relax when he's not busy with the band.
He admires Raginald Arvizu, from Korn.
Hizumi was scared by him when, before a concert, he completely shaved his eyebrows. ZERO justified that move saying that he had done a mistake as he only got a normal shaver. That's why after a few time all the group decided to shave their eyebrows.
His ideal world would be a world in which he commands.
His biggest fear is not being able to dream anymore. (с)
